Job Description

Position:SPLUNK OPERATIONS MANAGER

Experience Range:9 years to 12 years

CTC Range:13.0 lakhs to 16.0 lakhs per annum

Prefer: Immediate joiners (or) any one who can join us within 10 days from the date of offer release

9-12 years Responsible for managing enterprise team, handling various enterprise customers.
Should have good enterprise technical knowledge on networking, big data, database, log and search analysis SPlunk technology exposure is an added advantage
Should be familiar with IT infrastructure and ITIL process Manage and Deliver on business metrics SLA, AHT, Quality, Staffing, etc Managing the Splunk Production Support team
Aggressive SLA handling and team Enrichment
Customer handling and Reporting
Technically hands on - Big Data (Machine data), log and search analysis
Excellent Communication, Presentation skills & pre-sales Support
Big Data Analysis - Enterprise Deployment, Security & Professional Services exposure
Team Management & shrinkage handling
Customer handling and Pre-sales Support Voice, Email etc.,

Other requisites for the position:

Shift Details : Rotational

Notice period : Would prefer immediate joiners

Interviews: Totally 3 rounds (First round; Communication ; Second round: Technical; Final round: Client round)
