Position: Business Development Manager

Experience: 3+ Years

CTC: 4.25 LPA - 6.25 LPA

Work Location: Baroda

Job Description:

• Achieve and exceed business targets on a consistent basis, ensure compliance & correctness of proposal forms.
• Ensure specified quantity of prospect list generation.
• Fact finding and driving the presence, reach & penetration of ARLI products into specified target segments.
• Ensure daily adherence to Sales Management System / Customer Relationship Management system.
• Ensure adherence to Sales Processes and systems.
• Assist the Trainer to ensure certification within prescribed Service Level Agreements.

Must Possess:

• Graduate with 4 - 7 years of experience in Life insurance.
• Direct channel candidates will be given first preference
• Team handling exp is preferable.
• Should have command over Local language.
