A.S. Group is currently hiring for one of the Manufacture Wire Industry located in Chalisgaon

Job Details are as follows:-

Designation: Assistant Manager Admin

Location: Chalisgaon

Experience: 7 to 12.years

Salary Range: 30.k to 50.k

Key Responsibilities:

 

Manages a team of administrative officers, training and developing them to enhance performance.

Oversees daily support activities.

Ensures completion of all administrative tasks.

Identifies key areas of improvements, plans administrative processes, establishes guidelines, and implements protocols.

Coordinates with executive management and other managers to ensure alignment with the companys mission, vision, core values and objectives.

Making travel arrangements and booking hotel.

Performs other duties as assigned

Tracks team performance and ensures quality of work is within acceptable levels.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong leadership skills.

Able to effectively interact with different types of people.

Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.

Ready to Travel.
