Job Description

Identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
Identification and short listing of potential clients. Contacting them to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and execution for acquisition of clients, based on targets set to meet organizational requirements.
Follow-up with prospective clients until close of sale.
Follow closely and keep record of competitor's offerings, business acquisitions/activities.
Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities, follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.
To generate business for elearning content development and LMS development or implementation.
Develop a healthy pipeline with a realistic conversion rate.
Use leads generated by the digital marketing team as well as your own sources to approach customers
Develop winning proposals and negotiate best ratesSpearhead the effort to develop prototypes as a tool to initiate sales.
Be responsible for Account management and growth strategies

Required Candidate profile

We are looking for someone who has a strong experience in selling IT software development solutions to the US/ European market.
