About the Company

A Reputed home textile company is looking for a social media manager to administer their social media accounts. Candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, executing and managing social media campaigns for the company. They will create original text, photo and video content for Instagram and Facebook. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to express companys views creatively. They should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

1. Perform and research on current trends of the industry and co relate with audience preferences

2. Design and implement social media strategy to align with company goals.

3. Set objectives and report on ROI.

4. Create, edit, publish and share engaging content regularly.

5. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

6. Collaborate with other teams like marketing, sales to ensure brand consistency.

7. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a time and monitor customer reviews.

8. Write or create blogs for company website

9. Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network.

10. Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management.

Experience

1. Minimum experience as social media manager or similar role.

2. Experience in creating social media strategies

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Experience with a premium fashion or lifestyle brand preferred.

5. Craft engaging content.

6. Creative thinking

7. Organized and able to multi task

8. Knowledge of photoshop, indesign and video editing softwares.

9. Knowledge of social media tools to measure KPIs and ROI.

Qualification

1. Masters or equivalent degree in marketing and digital marketing or related field.

2. Prior experience as a copywriter

3. Interior or home styling education would be a plus.
