1) To lead a team of in-house pre-sales team members.
2) Lead generation and achieve target with coordination with presales team.
3) To improve lead management processes, TATs, and device policies for enabling max lead conversion.
4) To assign targets for various team members, monitor their performance, and ensure that all of them achieve targets.
5) To see that team member coordinate with the buyer and provide maximum information about the property.
6) Convince the buyer to visit the site.
7) Coordination with sales office and buyer for site visit.
Candidate profile
1) Should have 2 years of experience in real estate as a Team Leader.
2) Should have good communication and team handling experience.
