JD for Civil engineer (Interiors)

Educational Qualification

Diploma or BE Civil, Equivalent degree or masters in construction management.

8-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Execution of Residential Interiors.

Salary: 08 to 12 lakhs

 

Responsibilities

• Get the interior work, including internal civil work, flooring, carpentry, furniture, painting, Plumbing etc executed at site.
• Review engineering drawings, layouts, cost estimates, etc
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and contractors.
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
• Produce sample and mood products.
• have hands-on experience in interior fit-out / finishing work.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods and construction sequence in civil
• Understanding drawings / project details specifications from Architects / Interior Designers
• Executing Interior Works Projects at site as per approved drawings & specifications with help of vendors
• Supervise site and lead the team in concurrence with the execution of work as required & in line with rates as quoted.
• Coordinating with the Clients / Architects / Vendors team to understand/ resolve any quires related to drawings or site works.
• Site work as per the BOQ approved and as per approved GFC drawings & specifications.

Candidates having high end buildings experience in quality interior works will be required only.

To supervise Installation of Italian Marble, Imported CP sanitary plumbing works, wood work with inner polishing, false celling with concealed lighting like all high end interior work
