Job Description

Process Automation & Application Engineer

To develop SPM for different process in radiator manufacturing

To lead & give direction towards the achievement of the organization's vision, values, strategy and annual goal and objectives.

To ensure perpetual & profitable growth of the organization.

Create an environment to achieve total customer satisfaction.

To promote change as a change leader in the organization

Required Candidate profile

1. Process Automation
2. Knowledge of design of SPM machine

• a. Mechanical guides/ bearing/ structure

1. Knowledge of mechanical design software's such as solid works / Catia / Autocad
2. Knowledge of Electrical circuits
3. Robot programming

1. Programming of controller
2. Knowledge of PLC and its trouble shooting
3. Knowledge of drives and their trouble shooting
4. Knowledge of Welding Automation
5. Knowledge of electrical control system and their fault finding.
6. Responsible for Automation process in plant.
7. Should have experience of handling Automation Project
8. Responsible for implemented automation process in factory and provide training to plant operators.
