ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)

Urgently required for a leading Construction Company involved with Cross Country Pipeline Project at Aramco Refinery in Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities:
-Fabrication, erection, inspection, testing and commissioning various piping systems related to project as per isometrics and IFC drawings.
-Inspect subordinates work, ensure accuracy and compliance with plans and specifications, explain deficiencies and take any necessary corrective action.
-Ensure the completion of shop fabrication on time as per given schedule.
-Provide feedback to ensure all materials, tools, equipment and information is available for the work.
-Referring to codes, standards and project specification.
-Co-coordinating all documentation and correspondences with Site Engineer.
-Ensuring all HSE and Quality aspects are met.
-Ensuring completion of fabrication spools according to applicable standards.
-Provide personnel appraisal and training requirements for subordinates.
-Motivate, train and develop subordinates.
-Supervises crew members and plans/schedules manpower and equipment.
-Planning of erection sequence as per site conditions.
-Mechanical inspection of the system as per P & ID.
-Preparation of weld map for Site condition
-Coordinating piping layout system and various testing activities
-Look for opportunities for improvement in all tasks, means and methods regarding the work and be willing to learn from others.
-Preparing field Sketches as per site Requirements.

Skills Required
-Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 6 years experience in Oil & Gas field is required.
-Proficient in use of oxy-acetylene torch, and other fabrication equipment.
-Knowledge of the various sizes and grades of standard materials employed in projects such as bolts, gaskets, pipes, fittings and valves.
-Ability to read, interpret and determine dimensional information from Isometric drawings
-Ability to keep organized records and job reports
-Gulf experience / Experience in Saudi ARAMCO Projects preferred.
