Job Description

Work directly with customers, internal stakeholders, IDs, GD, QA
Handle a team of at least 20-30 headcount
Identify and deal with vendors/partners
Negotiate and create vendor contracts.
Effort estimates at pre-sales.
Create pre-sales proposals
Maintain and present quality & productivity data
Maintain and present financial data (project level margins)
Work on constant improvement in profitability, Quality, Productivity, learning & growth of team
Manage a team and track their performance metrics
Travel may be required within India and outside India. A valid passport and willingness to travel.

Required Candidate profile

At least 5+ years of experience in eLearning domain.
Should have at least 2 customer names for reference check
Graduate Degree / Diploma in any Field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in eLearning project management
Exposure to international customers (US and Europe)
Well versed with eLearning terminology.
Effective written and telephonic conversation skills in English.
Should be comfortable using MS Office, MPP.
