Job Responsibility :

• Call Monitoring.
• Take corrective actions by doing data analysis.
• Ability to do a Root causes analysis and action planning.
• Work upon the action plans to improve Call Quality scores.
• Set quality measurement metrics as per SLA.

Candidate Profile :

• 1 year to 5 year as Quality on parers.
• Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Should have knowledge about Quality Tools.
• Must have experience giving Live Feedback.
• Experience in BPO as Quality is Mandatory.
