Desired Candidate Profile

Position: Product Executive / Recovery Executive

Qualification: Any Graduates

Experience: 0-1 year in Sales / Marketing / Finance /NBFC / Business Development (Freshers can also apply)

Roles and Responsibility of Product Executive / Recovery Executive:

Responsible for promoting All/Any of our products to New/Existing customers.
Generating customer leads through different techniques and as advised by the Team leads
Conversion of collected leads into business through Tele-calling
Exhibiting features, specifications and value of the product to the customers
Need to move within the mapped zones with respect to the assigned dealer points
Convince the customers for payment and doing the collection process
Motivate the customer to make on time repayment
Trace out the absconded default customers and initiate recovery process
Ability to analyze and understand the root cause of default by the customer
Provide evaluative judgment and develop remedial strategies for the recovery.

Job Location: Anywhere in TamilNadu

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
