Filing objections of resolution plan / other against CD (Corporate Debtor /Bank)

Filing complains under Sec- 137/ 213 of the company act and under other various section for enforcement against Directors / Auditors etc

Required Candidate profile

Candidate must have experience in appearance as a advocate in Court- NCLT & IBC matters

Experience in IBC should be 3 to 4 Years
