Job Description

Looking for a highly competent HR Operations leader (Female candidate) with rich experience of an MNC and having extensive exposure in the Indian environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

HR Policy & Process Formulation
Statutory compliances
Compensation Mgmt
Employee Engagement
Performance Management
New Hire Orientation & Development
Handholding of new employees
Grievance Handling & Employee Relations
Reward & Recognition Employee
Training & development
Lead the reporting of employment metrics
Reference checks & Back Ground Verification,
Referral Policy & Process
End to end lifecycle management of employees
Employee Communication
Implementing HRIS & PMS systems

Additional Information

Industry Exposure Required: Proven track record of a people manager, strong on data analysis, strong understanding of policy procedures, ability to think outside the box, Solution centric approach
Functional Reporting: Head HR
IT Knowledge/ Other Competencies- MS Office, worked on HRIS tools.
