Job Description

In these roles you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a lead on data mining and reporting projects
  • Maintaining, analyzing, and interpreting and reporting Healthcare Payer data
  • Continuously monitoring, identifying, and implementing the best practices, new tools, and methods in the field of metrics and reporting
  • Creating and implementing executive level reporting strategies
  • Aligning multiple organizations around difficult or complex solutions and issues in the field of metrics and reporting
  • Applying a broad knowledge of application programming processes and procedures to the completion of complex assignments
  • Focusing on systems architecture for global development
  • Providing advanced research, analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
  • Pulling data to develop recurring or one-time reports
  • Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and other tools used in data analysis
  • Locating and fixing errors in reports
  • Creating and delivering management dashboards and canned reports to support routine management oversight of business processes to ensure critical insight into exceptions and deliverables
  • Leading large-scale projects
  • Leading others on cross-functional projects outside of their own department
  • Ensuring the highest level of support and communication is provided in an efficient and courteous manner to client, including active involvement in deliverable outputs (when necessary)
  • Maintaining professional and trusting client relationships
  • Effectively addressing critical client issues and escalations
  • Effectively collaborating with BPO Operations Leaders, NTT Leaders to meet/exceed deliverables
  • Identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, client service levels and financial results
  • Providing direction to less experienced team members and/or cross-training

Requirements for this role include:

  • 8+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries
  • 8+ years of experience with data analysis and analytics
  • 5+ years of experience with base SAS and SAS reporting
  • 5+ years of experience with Tableau
  • 5+ years of experience in handling complex data analytic projects independently

Preferences: -

  • Experience with predictive modeling
  • Hands on experience with python/R coding for data analytics
  • Experience with US Healthcare payor datasets

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm EST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend s basis business requirement.
