To greet and attend visitors at the reception and coordinate with respective
stakeholders.
Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices.
Prepare and manage outgoing mail.
To handle EPABX.
Responsible for maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.
Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks.
Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events.
Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination.
Required Education and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration to a related course.
2+ years of Front Desk experience in the in Corporate/Facility Management industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
