  • Will be head of a particular state with a team of SE and DSR
  • Willing to travel extensively covering all potential districts and meeting the Channel Partners regularly.
  • Provides quality leadership to the team and external customers in all assigned tasks while
  • always upholding Leaders value, inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
  • Directs the selling activities within state. Achieves states sales operational objectives by
  • contributing state sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
  • preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and
  • customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining state sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Efficiently manages the states Channel Partners/Distributors, Retailers/Mechanics Networks.
  • Motivate and direct the team to achieve their defined objectives and goal
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of
  • regional objectives. Achieve/responsible for monthly sales forecast and sales tracking.
  • Maintain Inventory / travel cost within assigned budget
  • Review the team/sales on monthly basis and initiate corrective measures to achieve KRAs of
  • self and team. Communicate effectively the job expectation among team and planning for monthly forecasting
  • Maintain and expand customer base by counseling DSR; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging,
  • and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Competency & Proficiency:

  • Highly confident and experience in automotive lubricant market business
  • Meeting sales goals Initial stage major focus on Primary Channel Partner / Distributor
  • Development, Increase Retail penetration and proficiency in implementing BTL activities.
  • Good command over language English, Hindi, or local regional language as per the
  • placement and requirement.

Education & Experience:

  • 8 to 10 years of Lubricant industry Retail Bazaar Trade sales experience
  • Good Sales & Marketing experience track record with the brands worked for
  • Minimum qualification is Graduate in any stream, additional qualification like MBA will be an
  • added advantage.
  • Familiarity with office software (Excel / PPT etc.) and phone systems
