We are looking for Freelance Recruiter with experience in IT/ Non IT Recruitment to work with us.

Job Summary:

Role: Freelance Recruiter

Experience: 2 to 10 Years

Job locations: Bangalore

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for gathering requirements from clients and hire IT professionals on various skills from different domains

Utilize multiple recruiting sources including but not limited job boards, social networking sites and internal database.

Source and screen the candidates according to the Job requirement.

Interview candidates to identify skills and criteria for requirement

Regularly coordinate with clients to get a feedback on the interviewed candidate.

Closing the positions within the TAT.

Following up with the candidate after the offer is made.

Build, Maintain and regularly update database, status of all ongoing positions

Coordinating with candidates and ensuring attendance of interview, smooth salary negotiations to ensure maximum output.

Follow up with the candidates from the interview process till joining stage.

Required Skills

Should have good experience in end to end IT or Non IT recruitment.

Candidate should be able to use Job portals, Job boards extensively and efficiently.

Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.

Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals.

Ability to build and maintain database of contacts and resumes and other such info.

Should be good with technologies and should have an understanding of various IT terminologies

Excellent Communication skills

Go getter attitude, ability to think out of the box
