Responsibilities: Handling outbound calls Speaks professionally Respond to basic student queries Have basic understanding of education industry Research required information using available resources Handle and address customer complaints / issues Classify the calls based on their importance as per defined
criteria Identify and escalate priority students Follow up customer calls where necessary Requirements: Bachelor (or above) qualification 1- 2 years of call handling experience with at least 6 months in an outbound experience in call centre Proficient in relevant computer applications Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Customer service experience Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
