Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various channels, including group meetings, site promotions, in-office meetings, and presentations.

2. Sales Excellence: Achieve sales targets in terms of both value and volume, ensuring product information is effectively communicated, and delivering exceptional customer service.

3. Issue Resolution: Effectively address customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining overall customer satisfaction.

4. Branding and Marketing: Execute branding and marketing activities in the catchment area to generate leads and increase visibility.

5. Sales Fulfilment: Handle pre and post-sanction sales activities, meeting clients, advising on our products, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

6. Collateral Maintenance: Keep marketing and sales collaterals up-to-date, ensuring accurate and appealing materials.

7. Promotional Activities: Conduct group meetings, presentations, and developer site promotions to showcase our products and benefits.

8. Field Work: Engage in front-end interactions, field travel, and customer interface, including attending walk-ins and visiting clients at their location.

9. Documentation: Spearhead documentation processes to facilitate efficient operations.

10. Collections: Ensure fresh bounce collections are managed effectively.
