Issue Resolution: Effectively address customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining overall customer satisfaction.
Branding and Marketing: Execute branding and marketing activities in the catchment area to generate leads and increase visibility.
Sales Fulfilment: Handle pre and post-sanction sales activities, meeting clients, advising on our products, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Collateral Maintenance: Keep marketing and sales collaterals up-to-date, ensuring accurate and appealing materials.
Promotional Activities: Conduct group meetings, presentations, and developer site promotions to showcase our products and benefits.
Field Work: Engage in front-end interactions, field travel, and customer interface, including attending walk-ins and visiting clients at their location.
Documentation: Spearhead documentation processes to facilitate efficient operations.
