Accounts Receivable Executive

Note: Looking for Candidates from E-commerce background only.

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Accounts Executive who must possess excellent math and communication skills, along with the knowledge required to operate most finance-related computer programs.

Primary Responsibilities

Creating and sending client invoices and statements, receiving payments, posting payments against invoices or to client accounts.

Should have knowledge of E commerce online sales Channel invoices generation

Making bank deposits

Follow up with past-due accounts, send collections letters.

Qualification:

Commerce Graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience with an ecommerce company.

Desired Skills

Good analytical and skills

High level of accuracy

Behavioral Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities

Proficient with Tally & unicommerce

High proficiency in MS Excel.

Experience from consumer industry will be preferred

Good Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 300,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year
