Desired Candidate Profile

3 Must Have Skills :

- Good communication skills with hands on exp in Retail banking, especially on CASA, Interest accruals, Loans, payments, Flexi & Fixed saver accounts

- Good knowledge of automation framework, GitHub, Zephyr, JIRA, Appium,Soap UI

- Expert in Java, selenium, Python, BDD,TDD & POM.

- Good to have testing exp on native, hybrid and mobile web apps

Job Description :

- 4 years of experience as QA lead, good experience in automated testing on Web/Standalone/Mobile applications.

- A good understanding of testing approach, Designing and executing test scripts to maximise coverage, Using automation tools to assist manual testing

- Basic MS Excel and SQL knowledge, Programming and scripting to automate manual testing,

- Must have good knowledge of interest and CMS calculations,

- Analysing requirements and specification to create a test plan

- Good exp on SoapUI, Appium/Calabash

- Must have good knowledge on mortgages with cross-device/platform/browser testing experience.

- Must have knowledge of Zephyr and Jira.

- Well versed in testing techniques, tools and automation.

- Understand the processes of the mobile app, drive continual improvements to quality of the delivery

- Define an approach to testing mobile products including a mix of regression testing, application logs analysis, automated / manual tests against defined test cases, accessibility testing and other means as deemed necessary

- Mentor the squad in writing well formed user stories and acceptance criteria

- Building and testing on various mobile platforms

- Produce and execute test plans, scripts, test cases and scenarios

- Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in the defect tracking system

- Ensure all products and services have been thoroughly regression tested prior to release

- Explain verbally and in writing the results of tests that are conducted

- Demonstrated skills using code repositories like GitHub.

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
