Executive/ Senior Executive - Customer @ Sterling Holiday

Job Description

1. Revenue Assurance: Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to account regularisation by collecting pending emis/ overdues 2. Relationship building calls To complete within TAT with complete focus on quality and to enhance rapport with newly enrolled members .
3. Customer Assurance - a. Holiday Planning - Making pro-active calls to members, enlightening them on their eligibility and optimizing their holidays, thus maximizing unique member holidaying
b. Grievance Resolution - Attending to members grievances and discrepancies, resolving them and taking corrective action
c. AAC/ASF Collection Ensure member is paying his yearly maintenance charges.
d. Collection of EMIs and foreclose accounts
e. Field visits to long time No Contact cases
f. Member meets 4. Retentions - Responsible for Retention & Active base management. Ensuring that maximum cancellation cases revoked back in the system within stipulated SLA
