Own end to end operations of the Residence/s and overall management.
Manage a team of Housekeeping & Security members and coordinate services with various vendors for daily operations.
Being the custodian of all Assets.

Required Candidate profile

Hire Residence Captains and train them to manage the overall operations of each residence.
Oversee delivery of various services including food, hospitality, internet, laundry, and security to drive maximum customer experience
