Job Description
Game Producer of tactical online shooter (MMOFPS) Requirements:Successful and confirmed (plus successful cases of launch games) experience as a game producer
Excellent understanding of the mechanics of massive online games (pumping, clans, etc.)
Excellent understanding of team shooters and methods of their balancing
Excellent understanding of the F2P economy of online projects, knowledge of key indicators and working with them (retantion, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, ROI etc)
Understanding the principles of virality, monetization;
Ability to analyze game projects;
Understanding of the main methods of project promotion;
Active approach to problem solving;
Excellent team management skills
Excellent English is an advantage;
Responsibilities:
Maintain and launch projects of the company;
Interaction with partner- developers;
Analysis and improvement of financial indicators in the game;
Development and implementation of updates and events;
Reporting, collection and analysis of statistics;
Preparation of materials for localization;
Preparation of advertising materials;
Organization of work processes of the conjugate departments.
Your role:
Create new games, put into effect interesting ideas;
Develop current gaming projects - analytics, updates, promotions;
Analyze the market for gaming applications, R D;
Generate ideas for project monetization, game mechanics;
Target the project to the needs of the market.
Main Tasks:
Management of all stages of launching, developing and supporting a mobile game project;
Writing technical tasks, concepts, game design;
Project quality - translation, graphics, descriptions, promotion;
Financial success of the project.
