:   We are searching for an experienced and detail-oriented candidate to join us as Team Lead Treasury
team.(Payment)
As a Team Lead - Treasury, you will be responsible for reviewing payments, Weekly bank balance update and reconciling bank statements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the Bank ledger data is accurate and precise.
Ideally, you should be working in collaboration with the various departments for query resolutions.  In addition to this, you should possess good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Prior working experience as an payment leader will be mandatory for this position. The Team Lead - Treasury reports into the Deputy Finance Manager and is required to escalate issues to his direct line manager related to company.   Candidate Responsibilities

Maintain team morals. Understands the why behind the process.
Ensures accuracy and efficiency is achieved as per norms.
Gives clear and timely response to emails.
Collaborating with various departments such as Sales, operations, and other departments.
Assisting the team with payment / accounting issues and queries.
Working in compliance with government regulations.
Adhering to accounting standards and regulations.
Staying updated with the best practices in accounting.   Requirements
MBA / M com / B com degree in accounting / payment / banking or a similar field.
1+ years of experience working as a Team Lead, or a similar role in the payment /
Accounting department.
Team handling experience.
Bank relationship.
Good knowledge of treasury function.
Ability to solve complex treasury problems and errors.
A sharp eye for detail.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multi-task simultaneously.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
Illustrate the ability to meet deadlines.
Preference would be given to candidates who have experience in working in international
environment and who can join immediately or in short notice
