Roles & Responsibilities:
Contacting the HR / Technical Professionals.
Candidate must have understanding of Recruitments - Roles and Skills in various industries.
Work closely with Client, Sales and Technical Team & understand the requirement and take it to closure.
Maintaining the competitive edge, by ensuring that Job Vacancies of Clients are posted on Naukri.com.
Serve as a Consultant and Partner staying active in current business & market trends.
Maintain MIS Report for the activities performed.
Will be responsible for identifying the Technical Issues and take necessary action by resolving or raising the same to the relevant team.
Desired profile
Preferred : B. Tech / BCA candidates.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and quality.
Any Graduate
Excellent Customer Handling & Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
Basic Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
Basic Knowledge of XML/ HTML/ API will be an add-on.
Minimum 6 months experience in Client Interaction Role.
Must be patient and a good listener to answer customer query and concerns.
