Overview:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition for Mumbai.

About the role:

Dedicated Human Resource professional managing multiple efforts, including recruiting, on-boarding, and retaining highly skilled staff members. Strong and effective communicator known for assisting others and promoting exemplary customer service and support. Having Rich Experience in Human resource field specializing in Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement and knowledgeable in organizational processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervising end-to-end transactional and administrative activities related to recruitments and onboarding.
Responsible for workforce requirement, Planning and Budgeting for the complete year.
Workforce planning, forecasting, and developing talent pool .
Ensure workflow processes are actioned in a timely and consistent manner.
Monitor query escalations and perform root cause analysis to improve service and support by the HR representatives for their respective areas of control.
Deal effectively with employee grievances & liaising with Key departmental heads and line of business HR where appropriate.
Independently managing Campus recruitments every year for suitable Operational Requirements.
Identifying the training needs at across levels and developing the requisite training programs with support from Operations.
Responsible for capability building of the team by assessing them against the set organizational competency framework and working towards bridging the skill gaps for the current and the future roles.
Developing and monitoring end to end recruitment process and streamlining the same across the region. Working and publishing several Pan India reports on Daily & Monthly basis to senior leadership.
