We are Opening for SENIOR QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR / QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR
The duties of Senior QC-Inspector vary based on the type of home. To inspect the exterior and interior including attached buildings, plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical system and roof top to suggest possible improvements of problems
Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Carries out the respective inspections required (Preparation, departure, vacant accommodation, new accommodation Units)
Carries out the respective inspections of the community
Logs and report findings and / or snag list professionally and in timely manners
Reports findings to the concerned entity
Escalates abnormality finding to the supervisor
Follow-up with the related services to ensure the findings closure
Plan workload and assign the inspectors accordingly
Reviews all submitted inspection to ensure work efficiency
Conducts spot check inspections to ensure work efficiency
Provides daily detailed report (work progress, completion report, projects timeline report etc)
Trains and coachs QC inspectors
Qualifications
Experience in residential inspection and/or property construction (Depending on the actual line of property management operations)
Detail-oriented and can multitask
Ability dealing with clients
Skills and Knowledge
Good Computer skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work across property management systems
Knowledge of basic building construction and common repair problems
Strong Teamwork
Experience
A minimum 0f 3 years experience in the same field
Competencies
Ability to collaborate
Ability to work under pressure
Shift flexibility (Ability to work different shifts according to the operations requirements)
