JOB DESCRIPTION  

Job Title: Associate Agency Development Manager  

Location: Chaibasa, Daltonganj, Dhanbad, Gumia, Hatia, Hazaribagh, Jamshedpur, lohardaga, Ramgarh, Ranchi

Department: Agency

Band: 5  

Reporting To: Associate Partner Management / Partner  

Supervising: Agent Advisors

Location: Agency Office  

Job Summary:  

Responsible for

o Agent Recruitment  

o Agent Development  

o Meet Business targets  

o Customer Centricity  

Key Responsibilities:  

  1. Agent Recruitment
  • Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipeline.  
  • Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring  
  1. Agent Development
  • Ensure product knowledge by ways of training
  • Field demonstration (FODs)
  • Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
  • Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
  • Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
  1. 3. Meet Business Targets
  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
  • Improve agent productivity & persistency
  • Ensure companies product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms.
  1. Customer Centricity
  • Be a brand ambassador & a customer champion
  • Follow Co. sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty
  • Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need
  • Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per Co. standard.

Must have:

  1. Age- 25 to 38 Yrs.
  2. Married Males & Females. Single can also be seen.
  3. Graduates. 10+2+3 Mandatory (No Deviation)
  4. Currently Working candidates are Mandatory. We can also look for a gap of 3-6 months.
  5. At least 4yrs of front line/ Hard Core sales experience
  6. Locals with 2-wheeler
  7. Minimum 5 years stayed in current Location  
  8. Strong Family Background
