We are Opening for H.V.A.C. TECHNICIAN
Performs advanced HVAC planned maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, diagnosis, root cause analysis and repairs.
Key Accountabilities
- Performs advanced HVAC planned maintenance tasks.
- Participate in installation and Commissioning of new HVAC equipment and systems.
- Analyses, troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs and overhauls major HVAC equipment.
- Supervises, evaluates, and reports HVAC equipment and systems performance.
- Implements MMS and quality management system.
- Guides technicians in developing their competences.
- Fine tuning and calibration of HVAC equipment and systems
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Possesses high level technical knowhow.
- Diploma in related field
- Minimum of 5 years hands on maintenance experience in related field
- Ability to supervise, guide and coordinate
- Thorough knowledge of related field
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to read technical drawings, and to know commissioning procedures
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
