Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our products and services while ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Your expertise in ISO standards will be crucial in maintaining the quality and credibility of our marketing materials and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all sales and marketing activities adhere to relevant ISO standards, such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management) or ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and that customers are informed about our ISO certifications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Create and review marketing content, including brochures, websites, and promotional materials, to ensure they adhere to ISO standards and guidelines. 
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, educate them on the benefits of ISO-certified products/services, and address any concerns related to quality and compliance.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and their alignment with ISO standards to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry associations, and regulatory bodies related to ISO standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of ISO standards, with ISO certification preferred.
• Proven experience in field sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for field sales activities.
