Job Description

                                                        JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Keeping records of the Guest and Visitor lists.Welcoming them with the refreshment,accordingly informing the concern person abaout their visit to the office.
2. Collecting and managing employees courier and packages,accordingly safely handing over it to the owner of the packages.
3. Managing and maintaining Housekeeping,Stationery material.Keeping record of Housekeeping inventory and Stationery material and placing the order of it as per the requirement and stock available.Ensuring that stationery register is properly updated by the employees when used.
4. Maintaining First-Aid box requirement and managing the First-Aid records as per the usage.
5. Uploading bills on Gravity Portal.
6. Preparing HK staff attendance and submitting it to the Vendor.
