2: Duties & Responsibilities

1.source and shortlist suitable candidates for hiring needs.
2.work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences for positions and provide them with a pool of qualified candidates to choose from.
3.Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for the job
4.Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
5.Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
6.Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
7.Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to Joining.
1.Receive the candidate on the day of joining and ensure induction protocols are followed
2.Ensure new joiner experience is managed by effective coordination with various functions within enablement functions and ensure a seamless assimilation of the new joiner
3.Repair the joining formalities and personnel file of the employee and enter the payroll input file on the day of joining
1.Collate the employee Joining Bonus and Stipend data and share with the accounts department for further processing with required approvals
2.Collaborate with finance department to ensure timely and accurate processing of Joining Bonus and Stipend
1.Facilitating the internal job postings for Pan India positions
2.Ensuring the IJPs to be rolled out on bi-weekly basis including the IJP mailers
1.Ensure the BGV process is followed and adhered to by the Recruiters PAN India
2.Maintain the BGV data of all the employees for Audit purpose
3.Follow up with BGV vendors and keep track of major discrepancies to be reviewed by senior management.
4.Coordinate with verification sources and update internal database.
