Looking for Sr. Mgr Legal, Min 10 -15 Yrs Exp for Reputed Real Estate Company, Mumbai Location at BKC, Bandra Kurla Complex.

Position Title: Sr. Mgr Legal , Location: Mumbai

Qualification :LLB Full time Regular Course

Experience Needed (Professional):10 - 12 years

Industry: Open to all sectors Preferably MNC, Real Estate, Logistics (Warehousing), Manufacturing, Hospitality or any other regulated sector ( other than IT or BFS )

Company can offer Salary CTC between:20 L 24 L Per Annum

JD For Sr. Mgr Legal is as below:-

Main Duties / Functions and Responsibilities:-

1. Excellent communication skills both written and oral
2. Qualification Focused on legal profile, no co-sec, no legal and co-sec.
3. LLB
4. Critical bits- Contract Management (multiple iterations) tracking all the versions and final version is done. Should be strong means end to end drafting, negotiation and closing, archived it. Deal structuring and closing, should be well versed able to understand investment guys and project requirement and translate to drafting. IC role.
5. Deal closing actually getting into physical dealing with law firms, travelling to the site landowners. Getting the engagement letter signed from the owner. Getting documents from sub registrar office.
6. Executing the contracts.
7. Legal compliance looking for person who has maturity who can deal with Singapore. Speaking and articulating.
8. Age wise should be hiring young person
9. There are law firm , co-sec, consultants who will be helping you.
10. Solely responsible for Drafting yourself or law firm drafting.
11. Percentage of work done overall manhours for Contract Management and deal closing, deal structuring and other works.
12. Corporate and law background inside counsel what kind of litigation they have handled
13. Land deeds NOT for real estate guys.
14. Preference MNC and any sector we are open with.
15. BFSI real estate handling.
16. Transaction advisory somebody comes in what the company wants, engage PMC activity for one of the tenants. On ground what kind of things should be cover, he should be able to advise.
