1) Responsible for growing sales of enzymes to Textile processing mills , garment units & Corporate customers for region of North India.
2)Preparation and achievement of the sales budget for the given region.
3) To lead a sales team, guide and support them in achieving individual targets and company goals
4) Ability to guide the sales team in resolving their commercial and technical queries
5) Maintain existing sales and identify & develop new customers and markets in the region
6) Identify new distributors and manage the current channel partners and distribution network
7) Expertise in conducting on site trials, getting approvals and resolving customers their technical queries 8) Preparation and timely submission of annual sales budget, sales plan, monthly and other relevant reports
8) Fluent in making presentation and delivering value propositions Education Qualification Budget : Not more than INR 30.0L/PA Compensation Degree /Diploma in textile processing, MBA will be an added advantage Minimum 12- 15 years, out of that minimum 10 years in to sales.
