We are at International Certification services Pvt Ltd., having an urgent opening for Admin Executive.

Job Location: Nashik

Qualification Criteria: Any Non- Technical Graduate
Experience : Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Administration field.

Job Profile: We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. The person who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:

-Greet the office visitors, answer the direct phone calls. -Ensure General Management of office by overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications, and other strategic and tactical planning.
-Manage the company facilities
-Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as scheduling a plan of the Auditor, doing the On- boarding procedure of all the employee joined at their Station.
-Looking after the welfare of the Station Activity.

Note: Candidate should be local from above mention States.
