Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Informing applicants about job responsibility, designation, compensation & benefits, work schedules & working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities & other related information.
Responding to enquiries from candidates, managers about the recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the organizations standards of privacy and confidentiality.
Conducting Pre and post interview follow-up with the candidates.
Able to get good number of candidates turn up during walk-ins.
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
