Managing the team of CDM's for SME Marine/ Commercial
Responsible for Recruitment of Specialized Marine & SME agents
Act as a Single point of contact for both Product, Underwriting & Distribution related Queries of Agents/Channel partner's & Clients

Required Candidate profile

Master's in Business Administration (Marketing / Insurance) & III Qualification in-terms of Licentiate / Associate or Fellow would be a added advantage with prior experience of SME Marine & Commercial
Ability to Build Agency & Drive Channel Business
