Urgent Opening for Customer Service Executive in a reputed Courier logistic firm in Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Customer Complaint Handling and resolving it
• Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments
• Generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Monitoring Sales and supporting monthly target
• Identify tasks critical to keeping customer satisfaction levels in check
• Encourage and motivate team members for continuance of quality service delivery

Requirements and skills

• Fresher or Min 1 year Experience required
• Education - Hsc / Graduation in any stream.
• Skills Required - Good in Communication and spoken English.
• Well versed in mailing Microsoft outlook.
• Good in MS office excel.
