Job Description

We have an immediate and excellent opportunity for the post of Accountant / senior Accountant position with one of our esteemed client Potentiam Offshore Services.

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. ROLE: Accountant

2. REPORTING TO:

CEO

3. Required Qualifications

Finance Degree - UK of 2.1 or better equivalent

4. ABOUT THE ROLE:

The accounting records are prepared in Quickbooks (QBO) online. The production of a comprehensive set of management accounts each month to include: a) P&L

b) Balance sheet

c) Cash flow

d) 12 months rolling forecast

All payment runs to include Salary's in 3 countries +

- PAYE payments

- Supplier

- Debtor Management

5.0 Ongoing for each month

From the bank statements post all payments and receipts and prepare a bank reconciliation.

monthly payroll journals

Experience with EPICOR financial system

Qualified accountant to AAT standard or qualified by experience

Preparation of various reports on a weekly and monthly basis on a wide range of data using Excel.

Must know French Language
