Job Description
- Strong understanding on the basics ofProjectManagement principles.
- Good conceptual knowledge of SDLC, web technologies, databases,projectmanagement, Management Information systems (MIS).
- Good leadership qualities to work in a team environment.
- Good with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word).
- Should have experience in creating SOW, Proposal, RFP, RFI, etc.
- Should have experience in Contract Management, Billing and Invoicing.
- Strong knowledge of Business Process (Workflow) Management Domain/Application Development Platform and process implementation. Having some knowledge on Workflow designing is added advantage.
- Should have some knowledge of Project Management tool such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.
- Good knowledge of agile methodologies, SCRUM, etc.
- Good level of experience in co-ordinating offshore-onsite team
- Good level of experience in in co-ordinating development and client team.
- Should demonstrate the good level of knowledge in understanding the business requirement and putting it on document which can be understood by development team and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Business Analyst Body Of Knowledge (BABOK).
- Knowledge of some design and mock-up/wireframe creation tool such as MS VISIO, Balsamiq.
- Should review and provide inputs to technical team on business requirement understanding and co-ordination with client on requirement clarification.
- Individual contributor with experience indesign, adoption, and governance of Process Implementation such as but not limited to areas such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Service Catalog, Service Level Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Should contribute to the definition of the processes, standards, and methodologies, as well as their adoption in product/process development.
- Should demonstrates good judgment and logic in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Establish technical feasibility and solution designs for new enterprise application.Conduct POCs to demo new ideas and help solidify technical direction.
- Should provide content for marketing collaterals, website, trade shows, etc.
- Should provide material that can be used for customer documentation, sales training, etc.
Nice to have:
- Project Management Certification
- CBAP certification.
- SCRUM certification.
- Demonstrated understanding and ability to explain any one BPM Platform.
- Manages the development of end to end enterprise applications
