Job Description


 (Minimum 250 characters)* Roles and Responsibilities:
Seek, process and execute client requests and product order
Answer queries regarding product/ services, processes and if required direct them to the relevant sales manager
Assist clients to use the products and services and keep them updated about new features launched
Collect feedback and resolve client complaints
Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage etc
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/ services
Document all vendor information (contact details, pricing, work feedback) formally
Track deadlines, dates for meetings and other events in the project
Ensure scope consistency. SOW is extremely clear and documented with the BD Team. (Scope Consistency)
Gather understanding of a Clients Escalation Matrix for a project
Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
Coordinate internal non-scientific projects and determine the best utilization of existing resources to increase customer satisfaction
Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services
Become the reliable point of contact for each assigned customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
