Looking for Marketing Manager, Min 8 - 9 Yrs Exp for an Engineering Excellence Co. at Mahape - Navi Mumbai

Company can offer Salary CTC between 20 - 22 L

 

Position Title :Marketing Manager : Engineering Excellence, Location: Mahape - Navi Mumbai

Reporting to : ED & COO

Qualification :Engineering Graduate with MBA

Experience Needed (Professional): 8 - 9 years

Experience : 7 plus years of experience in Marketing activities related to engineering service Industry.

Company can offer Salary CTC between : 20 - 22 L Per Annum

 

The JD for Marketing Manager:-

Key Responsibilities:

• This is leadership role and person will participate in organization wide strategy building and key initiatives to aggressively grow Solutions and Engineering Services business in global market.
• Develop and Implement the Brand promotion and Marketing strategy for Global Engineering Division Services & Solution in North America, Europe, UK, Middle East, Australia, Singapore etc. market.
• Work closely with Sales and Business Development team to Identify target market, obtain customer database for cold calling by sales team and prepare customized deck form time to time for customer meetings.
• Sales campaign design and hand holding sales team in its successful implementation.
• Drive Key Account Management initiative. Design key account specific strategy and implement it in close interaction with Sales team.
• Market research to identify potential market, ongoing global projects and customers.
• Sending Regular mailers to international customers.
• Developing application notes / success stories papers as marketing tool.
• Design of sales collaterals / brochures etc.
• Sales lead generation through mailers and introduction calls.
• Developing and/or implementing integrated marketing strategies and campaign plans which include advertising, innovations, white papers, events and case studies.
• Visit International trade fairs to gather market intelligence.
• Maintenance and upkeep of website.
• Analysing Marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs to tap new opportunities
• Help HR in Internal Branding and Employee connect initiatives.

 

Experience: 7 plus years of experience in Marketing activities related to engineering service Industry.
