Looking for Sr. Manager - Architectural Design, Min 15 Yrs Exp for Reputed Real Estate Company, Mumbai Location at BKC, Bandra Kurla Complex.

 

Position Title: Sr. Manager - Architectural Design, Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Degree in Architecture. (B.Arch.)

Preferred:- Certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. (LEED / IGBC - AP)

Experience Needed (Professional): 15 - 25 years

Experience in Industrial, Warehousing, Logistics Park projects.

Company can offer Salary CTC between: 32-35 L Per Annum

JD For Sr. Manager - Architectural Design is as below:-

The Sr. Manager Architectural Design will be responsible for: -

 

1. Architectural Design development / management of Industrial,

Warehouse, Logistic building lay-outs and master plans.

2. Strategy for Land use and expansion activity.

3. Design process and systems improvement initiatives.

4. Co-ordination and Interfacing with Customer,

Surveyors, Site team, Design Consultants viz;- Architects,

Structural and MEP consultants, contractor / vendor etc.

5. Ensure coordinated integration of Design intent of Architects,

Structural and MEP Consultants.

6. Development of Design specifications, BOQ, DBR, RFQ, RFI

etc.

7. Verification of Detail design and statutory approvals

documentation.

8. Verification of working drawings and output for site execution.

9. Periodical site supervision and coordination for resolution of

RFI raised by site team or vendor.

10. Document control and retrieval system.

11. Taking Initiatives in BIM, Green Building Certification

 

Specials Skills required:-

 

1. Knowledge of Design and safety Codes for detailing purpose.

2. Knowledge of Building material and specifications.

3. Knowledge of AutoCAD / BIM REVIT, MS Office package.

4. Good Communication skills.

5. Time Management.

6. Assertiveness.

7. Team player.

8. Dynamic, Proactive and result orientated.

 

PREFERRED :- Strong flair for Creativity, Concept planning and designing.
