Job Description

  Key Responsibly Included:

• Handle and track customer queries, online ratings, customer reviews, and grievances etc
• Employee will be responsible for the communication that go out on Valuedrive's brand's social media platforms such as hs tive Supply Facebook, twitter, and review websites such as mouthshut
• Will be responsible for timely tracking, processing, and responding to customer queries/reviews/grievances.
• We are looking for candidates with a strong command over English and an attention to detail.
• Good understanding of social media platforms.

  Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Escalations
• Graduate degree
• High empathy and strong customer orientation
• Strong command over the English language (written and verbal)
• High empathy and strong customer orientation
