Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

 To Manage P and L, Exceeding customer expectations, Drive growth and operational excellence and building Organizational Capability.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Qualification Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 
• Experience Minimum 12-15 years, preferably in the HVAC Operation & maintenance and operation space (Turbines / condenser, heat exchangers) or similar roles for engineering products.
• Providing Top Quality service to all company customers across India
• Build service as independent profitable centre unit inside the company
• Manage the company service Managers/ Technician across India
• Identify the right talent within and outside the company.
• Plan Training program to service technician to update on Technology
• Coordination & Support to Logistics, and payment collection of Service
• sales
• Increase company revenue by identifying opportunities in AMC/Parts/Retrofit and new installations and also to build new leads for sales.
• Manage and improve the customer satisfaction score as a key metrics.
• Develop a very good relationship with customers to increase sales and revenue
• To transform the service business by building strategy keeping customer as the focus.
• Develop succession planning and talent mapping.
• Manage Service margins as per the AOP for AMC, Parts, Retrofits and Installation
• Manage cost control in operations through travel, warranty, AMC cost as planned,
• Build rewards and recognition programs for the team
• Improve Employee Engagement scores and build a winning team
• To work closely with the Management team to build Annual Operating Plan and long range plans.
• To work closely with Vendors by identifying the right vendors at the right cost and timely execution of projects/services.
• To manage large Power Plant project execution and services.
