Be responsible to deliver a high quality

Provides technical hardware troubleshooting & diagnosis

support service resolving customer at the first point of call wherever possible

Participate in development and implementation of support processes

Ability to assess customer sentiment at all stages during the communication

Responsible for ensuring all associate interactions are accurately documented
