Need immediate joiners for Kammanhalli location in Bangalore - Kammanhalli
Minimum 1 year Experience as store manager is mandatory

1. Achieve monthly/annual Sales target
2. Handle entire store operations
3. Convert high value customer queries into sales
4. Play a lead role and provide guidance to the team
5. Should have customer centric approach
6. Should focus on making the store profitable and cut down costs
7. Participation in the jewellery and other outdoor exhibitions
8. Flexible in time and work, based on the requirement
9. Prepare appropriate merchandise mix for store as per customer requirement.
10. Identify stock gaps on regular intervals
11. Ensure zero stock loss at store
12. Identify various opportunities to increase foot-falls at the store
13. Should be able to give feedback to marketing and merchandise team on consumer behaviour
