We have an excellent Opening with one of our Manfactruing a Company.
Position: Fitter
Salary: Rs.15000/- per month
Location: Machenahalli Industrial Area, Bhadravathi, Shivamogga, Karnataka.
Education Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical. Or ITI (Fitter)
Minimum years of Experience: Five years of Fitter experience
Language: English, Hindi and Kannada.
Responsibility and Job description of Fitter.
Use workshop equipment for maintaining Aluminum Based Moulds and Hydraulic Cylinders.
Set and adjust machine tools and equipment for processing Areca Leaf Plates.
Disassemble and/or assemble mechanical components and equipment to meet required specifications.
Position and install Aluminium Mould and Hydraulic Cylinder and record measurements using precision measurements equipment.
1. Daily Machine Checking for oil leakage.
2. Daily Machine Checking for Cleanliness.
3. Daily Aluminum Mould Checking.
4. Maintaining Aluminum Mould History.
5. Co-ordinating with Production to solve Machine problem like Hydraulic Cylinder, Mould and Gear Box.
